GDT&M offers just under 3,400 square feet of dedicated event space. As availability allows, our museum space transforms into a beautiful and unique space that has already been used for receptions, ceremonies, silent auctions and more adding over an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of space. In addition, as availability allows, the entire facility may be acquired for a truly one of a kind event. On numerous occasions, we have been told that our event space must be seen to truly be appreciated.
Whether you are seeking the entire ballroom or have a portion of the space, The entire ballroom is perfect for large events, however our event space can be divided into three smaller rooms – The Presidents Room, The Patriots Room and the Pilgrim Room. With the antiquity of brass chandeliers and sconce lighting, gold framed portraits of Presidents, Patriots, Pilgrims, important documents and landscape scenery, and the modern features of ceiling recessed HD projectors and screens, black out shades, wireless and podium microphones, a cherry wood display bar, assisted listening devices, in-ceiling speakers, complimentary facility-wide high speed internet access and more, GDT&M can offer an amazing space for private parties, corporate meetings and events, weddings and rehearsal dinners, birthdays, galas, special events and more. And with 192 parking spots and two spots to support busses or limos, we have the ability to accommodate your event needs.
